Mike Mona founded his company in La Plata, MD, leveraging his extensive experience managing a successful construction business in the area. Despite the challenge of colorblindness, Mike transformed this potential obstacle into a distinctive asset. Instead of allowing limited color perception to hinder his progress, he used it strategically to differentiate his brand in a competitive market.

The Ed in 2B Color BlindEd represents an all-inclusive and safe educational platform for people of all ages, races, cultures and socio-economic levels to listen and learn from each other. We all have had different life experiences, and in light of this, we want to become fully aware, heal from the social injustices in our country and move forward together in a positive direction where equality, peace and prosperity is there for all of us.
